How do I use it

These Gift cards give you the freedom to buy any product at the specific store that is showcased on the card. Simply present your gift card for products, merchandise or services at time of payment. The amount of every purchase you make will automatically be deducted from the value on the gift card. You are free to use the same gift card multiple times until the value is depleted.

What are the restrictions on the card

Yes, just a couple. Cards are redeemable only at the brand located on the front of the card. Cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Do the funds expire

Never…full stop. So long as the merchant remains open, you can use them.

Can I reload or withdraw cash funds on the card

No

What happens if my card is lost or stolen

Cards generally cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen. Please treat them as you would cash. Fraudulent transactions may result in the loss of your money with no recourse.

However, if you believe your Card has been lost or stolen or an unauthorized transaction has been made using the information from your Card without your permission, contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY info@birchmountnetwork.com.  We will ask for the Card number and other identifying details.  We cannot assist you if you do not have the Card number.  We may not be able to assist you if you do not contact us within 60 days of the unauthorized transaction.  A reissued Card may take up to 30 days to process.

Are there any fees

There are absolutely no fees on this card. Funds do not expire.
